Using Sapphire as a CV
Sapphire needs nothing changed to serve as a UK, Irish or Australian CV — those markets mean by "CV" exactly what the US means by "resume", and this is already that document. Add a photo and personal details only if you are applying into continental Europe.
It is set tight, which helps on the two-page limit most non-academic CVs are read against.

Who it suits
Corporate applications that need to be compact but not severe. Skills on a single line save more space than any other setting here.
What it does to ATS parsing
Single column. The inline skills extract as one comma-separated run, which parsers handle.
At two pages
Good. Set tight enough that a second page usually is not necessary.
Use something else if
