What the AI does, and what it won't

The assistant rewrites what you have written. It sharpens a summary, turns a responsibility into an achievement, and tightens a bullet that runs long. It works from what is already on the page rather than from a prompt, which is the difference between help and invention.

What it will not do is supply facts you did not give it. Where a stronger sentence would need a number you have not provided, it writes the sentence without one rather than making the number up. The document will parse: real text, standard headings, conventional dates, and a single column on most of the templates. The two-column ones are worth checking with the copy-paste test. The other half of passing is keyword relevance to the specific posting, which is writing rather than formatting.
