Who it suits
Formal applications — government, institutions, older firms. The rules above and below each heading are the most conventional treatment available.
What it does to ATS parsing
Two columns, otherwise textbook. The double rules are borders.
At two pages
Excellent. The ruled headings are the strongest continuation markers on the site.
Use something else if
Cairn for the single-column version, or Helsinki for the same rules with a blue accent.
