Azure resume & CV template
A pale blue wash behind a centred name, then two columns split by a hairline. Calm, and about as light as a two-column page gets.

What defines this layout
- Sans-serif typeface
- Single column
- No photo
- Headings with no rule
- Dates right-aligned against each role
Every one of these is a setting, not a constraint — accent colour, font, size, spacing and page margins stay yours under Customize, and switching template later re-renders what you’ve written rather than starting it over.
Using Azure as a CV
Azure works as a British or Australian CV as it stands, where CV and resume name the same two-page document. The second column is the thing to check before sending: copy the text out of the exported PDF and confirm it reads in a sensible order.
It sits at a normal density, which lands most histories on the two pages a non-academic CV is expected to fit.
More on the differences: CV templates and CV examples.
Is Azure the right choice?
Who it suits
Healthcare, education and public sector work — the pale blue wash is about as gentle as a coloured header gets, and it suits fields where a strong accent would look out of place.
What it does to ATS parsing
Two columns. The header wash is a fill and the headings are plain text, so nothing extra reaches the parser.
At two pages
Holds up. The centred header does not repeat, so the second page reads as a continuation.
Use something else if
Glacier for a roomier version of the same page, or Frost if you would rather the colour ran down the side.
